KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY CJSC IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT FOR THE KUMTOR MINE WATER TREATMENT PLANT FOR HOUSEHOLD AND DRINKING NEEDS

The selection will be carried out in three stages.

KGC invites interested organizations with qualified personnel and the necessary equipment to submit at the first stage the following documentation: the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement, the completed questionnaire and the documentation specified therein (commercial proposals should not be submitted at the first stage, otherwise KGC reserves the right to refuse further consideration of the documents), by sending to an e-mail water.treatment@kumtor.kg and/or in a sealed A4 size envelope marked “Supply and installation of water treatment equipment for Kumtor Mine Water Treatment Plant for household and drinking needs” to the address: 24, Ibraimov Street, 10th floor, Bishkek, till 5 p.m. on March 12, 2022, Bishkek time.

At the second “Question-Answer” stage, after studying the documents accepted at the first stage, the selected candidates will receive additional information.

At the third stage, after the discussion of the questions at the second stage, the commercial proposals should be submitted.

KGC reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any received commercial offer, and to select the applicants who have submitted the most competitive offers that are fully compliant with the KGC’s requirements. KGC will only contact pre-selected candidates. KGC explicitly disclaims any obligation to cover any costs incurred by the applicant in connection with the stated invitation.
