CONSTRUCTION AND COMMISSIONING OF A LINE FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE TREAD LAYER OF LARGE-SIZED TIRES OF MINING EQUIPMENT AND OTHER VEHICLES

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC invites organizations to express their interest in the construction and commissioning of a plant for the restoration of the tread layer of large-sized tires of mining equipment and other vehicles.

The selection process will involve three stages.

KGC invites interested organizations to send the following documentation at the first stage: a signed non-disclosure agreement, a completed questionnaire and the documentation specified in it to the e-mail address: kgc.construction.tire.recycle@kumtor.kg or in a sealed A4 envelope marked “Construction and commissioning of a line for the restoration of the tread layer of large-sized tires of mining equipment and other vehicles” to the address: Bishkek, 24, Ibraimov st., 10 floor, until 5:00 pm, September 9, 2021 inclusive.

Commercial offers at the first stage should not be provided, otherwise KGC reserves the right to refuse further consideration of documents.

At the second stage, after studying the documents accepted at the first stage, additional information will be sent to the selected candidates, after studying it, applicants will be able to ask questions of interest within 5 days.

At the third stage, within 5 working days after discussing the questions at the second stage, a commercial offer shall be provided in the format, which will be additionally sent to the selected candidates.

KGC will contact pre-selected organizations and individual entrepreneurs only. KGC expressly disclaims any obligation to reimburse any costs incurred by the applicant as part of this invitation.
