SOUS-CHEF

JOB DUTIES:
- Permanent monitoring of compliance with food preparation technology and public catering standards, control observance of sanitary requirements and personal hygiene rules by employees;
- Organization and coordination of the cooks and kitchen staff work;
- Calculating the required quantity and ordering products;
- Performing work in accordance with the labor protection, safety measures and operating instructions rules and provisions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Secondary special education;
- Knowledge and compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards as well as food safety requirements;
- Fit to work at high altitude conditions;
- Compliance with the labor protection, industrial hygiene, fire safety rules;
- Teamwork skills.
