Contract Administration Specialist (Bishkek Office)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Processing the Terms of Reference;
  • Developing the draft agreements;
  • Legal review of documents;
  • Conclusion and control over the execution of the contract terms;
  • Monitoring changes to the main contract terms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher legal education;
  • An additional engineering degree is an advantage;
  • More than 6 years of experience in international projects;
  • Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience;
  • Knowledge of the Open book, FIDIC, PMBOK principles;
  • Ability to work with graphs and drawings;
  • Ability to comprehend estimates and technical specifications;
  • English proficiency of at least Upper Intermediate;
  • Ability to work with large volume of information and fulfil many tasks;
  • Good speaking and negotiating
