MILL MECHANICAL TRAINER

Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of Mill Mechanical Trainer.

JOB DUTIES:

• Training of Mill employees in the correct operation, repair of Mill equipment and diagnostics of their malfunctions (ball mills, vertical mills, pumps, compressors, etc.);
• Development of a maintenance program (preventive, scheduled) to ensure high equipment availability and its correct operation;
• Development of procedures for the repair and inspection of Mill equipment;
• Drawing up a plan for the replacement and repair of Mill equipment;
• Implementation of the best world practices in the field of maintenance to improve the main key performance indicators of the Mill;
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of unplanned breakdowns and Mill shutdowns;
• Formation and ordering of spare parts and components, calculation of the required size of equipment to perform the production tasks of the Mill.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in mechanical engineering;
• Experience in maintenance at gold recovery plants or production for at least 10 years;
• Knowledge and experience with ball mills, vertical mills (repair, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, including equipment alignment, measuring the runout of ring gears);
• Knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems;
• Knowledge of the basics of organizing the work of the maintenance service in production;
• Knowledge in the field of asset management;
• Experience and knowledge in the field of project management;
• Knowledge of English (advanced level);
• Knowledge of APCS, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, CMMS.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Location: Kyrgyz Republic;
• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
