Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of Mill Instrumentation Trainer.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Training of Mill employees in the correct operation, repair, calibration of control and measuring instruments and diagnostics of their malfunctions;
  • Development of a maintenance program (preventive, scheduled) to ensure high availability of instrumentation and their correct operation;
  • Development of procedures for repair, calibration, inspection of instrumentation;
  • Drawing up a plan for the replacement and repair of instrumentation and process control systems of the Mill;
  • Maintenance and planning of work to ensure the smooth and correct operation of the process control systems of the Mill;
  • Implementation of the best world practices in the field of instrumentation and automation to improve the main key indicators of the Mill;
  • Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of unplanned breakdowns and shutdown of the Mill.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in automation, instrumentation or electrical engineering;
  • Experience in instrumentation and automation at gold recovery plants or production for at least 10 years;
  • Experience with Automatic process control systems for at least 10 years;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the operation of SCADA systems – preferably DSC Foxboro;
  • Knowledge of the operation and understanding of:
    – the operation of PLC – preferably ALLEN BRADLEY,
    – electromagnetic flow meters,
    – electromagnetic ultrasonic level meters,
    – radioisotope densitometers,
    – the basics of organizing the work of the technical maintenance service in production;
  • Reading electronic and electrical diagrams;
  • Knowledge in the field of asset management;
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of project management;
  • Knowledge of English (advanced level);
  • Knowledge of APCS, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, CMMS.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Location: Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
