Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of Mill Electrical Trainer.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Training of Mill employees in the correct operation, repair of Mill equipment and diagnostics of their malfunctions;
  • Development of a maintenance program (preventive, scheduled) to ensure high equipment availability and its correct operation;
  • Development of procedures for the repair and inspection of plant equipment;
  • Drawing up a plan for the replacement and repair of Mill equipment;
  • Maintenance and planning of work to ensure uninterrupted and correct operation of Mill;
  • Implementation of the best world practices in the field of maintenance to improve the main key performance indicators of Mill;
  • Diagnostics and repair of equipment in case of unplanned breakdowns and plant Mill shutdowns;
  • Formation and ordering of spare parts and components.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in electrical engineering;
  • Experience in maintenance at gold extraction plants or production for at least 10 years;
  • Knowledge and experience:
    – with 110/6.3/0.4 kV substation equipment;
    – 110/6.3/0.4 kV relay protection and automation devices;
    – 6.3/0.4 kV industrial equipment: synchronous and asynchronous electric motors, electric heaters, compressors, frequency converter devices (VFD), cable and overhead power lines;
    – on 6.3/0.4 kV reactive power compensation devices;
  • Knowledge of the requirements for testing the insulation of high-voltage equipment and relay protection and automation devices;
  • Knowledge of:
    – the operation of backup power sources – 6.3 kV diesel generators;
    – electrical installation safety regulations at the level of safety groups 4-5;
    – setting up relay devices and simple programmable logic devices (PLC);
    – the basics of organizing the work of the maintenance service in production;
  • Knowledge in the field of asset management;
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of project management;
  • Knowledge of English (advanced level);
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad, CMMS.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Location: Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
