Requesting a commercial offer for supply of wooden items

Kumtor Gold Company is requesting a complete commercial offer for supply of wooden items through April 30, 2013.

1. Plywood, single-sided, general-purpose, with outer layer made from hardwood veneer GOST 3916.1-96 (plywood fk 8 4/4), 6mm X 1500 X 1500
2. Plywood, single-sided, general-purpose, with outer layer made from hardwood veneer GOST 3916.1-96 (plywood fk 8 4/4), 12mm X 1500 X1500
3. Plywood, single-sided, general-purpose, with outer layer made from hardwood veneer GOST 3916.1-96 (plywood fk 8 4/4), 18mm X 2440 X 1220
4. Plywood, single-sided, general-purpose, with outer layer made from hardwood veneer GOST 3916.1-96 (plywood fk 8 4/4), 15mmX1500 X 1500
5. Timber 50mm х 100mm х 6000mm
6. Timber 50mm х 150mm х 6000mm
7. Timber 50mm х 200mm х 6000mm
8. Timber 50mm х 250mm х 6000mm

Please, provide a complete quote in an A4 size envelope sealed with bidder’s official stamp to attention of “Local Supply Supervisor” by November 16, 2012.

The quote shall include but not limited to the following:

– Agreement to comply with the specifications;
– Brief information about the main activities of the bidder, its founders and key management with indication of their work experience;
– Documents confirming the state registry of the bidder;
– Price validity till the expiry of the offer, April 30, 2013;
– Information on the country and place of origin of the products;
– Certificate of conformance for products.

Offer should contain KGC requirement for payment terms which is net 7 days after receipt of goods. Delivery to KGC warehouse in Bishkek, Balykchy or ex works.

Kumtor Gold Company reserves the right to reject the offer in full or in part any received commercial offer. Kumtor Gold Company is not required to purchase or is not required to execute any commitment to purchase at lowest commercially priced offer. The applicant that meets the requirements will be contacted.
