JOB DUTIES: 

• Maintaining kitchen equipment;
• Cooking various dishes, semi-finished products and drinks for a large number of employees;
• Calculating the required quantity and ordering products;
• Monitoring the shelf life of products and finished meals; 
• Maintaining equipment and devices in working order; 
• Performing work in accordance with the labor protection, safety measures and operating instructions rules and provisions.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary special education;
• Knowledge and compliance with the food preparation technologies;
• Knowledge and observance of the food storage rules, in strict compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards;
• Fit to work at high altitude conditions;
• Compliance with the labor protection, industrial hygiene, fire safety rules;
• Teamwork skills.
