Kumtor Gold Company CJSC participated in the Job and Internship Fair. On December 5, large companies, leading entrepreneurs, international organizations, and employment agencies presented hundreds of vacancies in Kyrgyzstan.
More than 400 students, graduates and teachers from various universities of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the fair, got information about vacancies, working conditions, social programs, opportunities for professional achievements, and learned how to find own place in the modern labor market.
The event was held as part of the “Youth Entrepreneurship Week” organized by Enactus Kyrgyzstan. Enactus is the largest international non-profit organization that brings together business leaders, universities, and students to change lives and shape a better, more sustainable world.
“Kumtor is one of the most attractive employers, and the Company presented current internship vacancies at the fair, as well as gave information about the future plans. Young people received first-hand information about how and where to submit applications, as well as about the Company’s educational goals.
KGC’s Personnel Training and Development Department organized 4 quest games and a quiz contest on the Kumtor related questions. The winners were given memorable gifts with Company logos.
