KUMTOR GOLD COMPANY CJSC (KGC) INVITES EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF LTE NETWORK AT THE KUMTOR MINE SITE

The selection process will take place in three stages.

KGC invites interested organizations to submit at the first stage the following documentation: the signed confidentiality agreement, the filled in questionnaire and documentation specified in it should be sent via e-mail address lte.network@kumtor.kg and/or in a sealed envelope of A4 size, marked “Construction of LTE network at the Kumtor mine site“, to the address: 24, Ibraimov Street, 10th floor, Bishkek, till 5 pm, November 12 , 2021 inclusive.

Commercial proposals at the first stage should not be submitted, otherwise KGC reserves the right to refuse further consideration of the documents.

At the second stage, after studying the documents accepted at the first stage, the selected candidates will receive additional information, after which they will have the opportunity to ask clarifying questions.

At the third stage, after the discussion of the questions at the second stage, commercial proposals should be sent according to the format which will be sent to the additionally selected candidates.

KGC will only contact pre-selected organizations and individual entrepreneurs. KGC expressly disclaims any obligation to compensate any costs incurred by the applicant under this invitation.
