On 10th of March 2016 representative of medical office of Kumtor company transferred digital ultrasound machine, manufactured in USA and functional patient bed to Regional Family Practice Center in Karakol.

An action was held in Karakol on March 3, 2016, timed to coincide with World Wildlife Conservation Day.

Last week the hockey tournament among the two female and four junior teams of Kyzyl-Suu and Svetlaya Polyana took place at the ice rink in Svetlaya Polyana village of Jeti-Oguz region, Issyk-Kul oblast.

On New Year’s eve, “C” shift employees of KGC Drilling and Blasting Operations visited Hadicha orphanage, located in Kadji-Sai village of Ton region.

Kumtor Company, this week, distributed approximately 3,000 New Year gifts to children in Jety-Oguz and Ton districts as well as in the towns of Balykchi and Karakol, Issyk-Kul province.

On December 29, 2015, a group of employees of the Balykchi Marshalling Yard, Kumtor Gold Company, organized a festal dinner at an orphanage and nursing home located in their city.

On December 28, a group of employees of the Kumtor Company Finance Department (Uchkun office) visited the specialized boarding school at Krasnay Rechka village for a charity purpose.

A group of Kumtor employees provided assistance to the Kara-Balta-based Children’s Crisis Center of the Jail District Red Crescent Society under the CSR project on December 12, 2015.

On December 2, 2015, a group of Kumtor employees provided assistance to Kyrgyzstan’s only children’s hospice. This institution was opened just two months ago by the Public Fund known as “Helping is Easy”. Kumtor employees immediately transferred 56,000 soms of the funds they had raised, toys, children’s books and daily necessities.

As part of the corporate social responsibility project, Kumtor Gold Company’s medical department and several employees organized a charity event in the specialized infant orphanage of Bishkek. The event was held on November 20, 2015 and dedicated to the World Children’s Day.

A charity act was carried out on November 11, 2015, in the Bishkek Park Trade Center by employees and managers of Kumtor Gold Company’s Mining Engineering, Production, Dewatering and Environment Departments in coordination with Compliance Manager as part of the Corporate Responsibility Project.

A greenhouse was officially opened on October 29, 2015, in the Balajan kindergarten located in the city of Balykchi, Issyk-Kul province. The green house project was supported by Kumtor company as part of the Karagat + Program being implemented by the AVEP Public Fund.
