The kindergarten in the village of Barskoon, Jety-Oguz district, can provide room for 140 children since the spring of 2015. Kumtor Gold Company has contributed more than 660,000 Soms for its equipment with new furniture.
With the Company’s support, the kindergarten has purchased new furniture, thus increasing the number of children that can be educated there. The new furniture, including wardrobes, tables and chairs, were manufactured by the local Jety-Oguz contractor.
“Previously, the kindergarten could provide care for only 70 children while today their number is twice as great. Aid provided by the gold miner came to us as great relief. I would like to thank the Company for support on behalf of all Barskoon residents,” said Ruslan Eshmambetov, the head of the Barskoon village administration.
