Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of Consultant (Solid Tailings Processing Project Team) (Bishkek office)

JOB DUTIES:

• Developing and implementing progressive, economically and environmentally sound technological processes at the Mill design stage, that ensure high efficiency of the production technological scheme, labor productivity at the level of the best foreign samples.
• Introducing amendments and additions aimed at improving the efficiency of the technological scheme for processing of refractory ores based on the results of research work analysis, feasibility study and design documentation. All proposals shall be supported by calculations and practices of foreign plants.
• Introducing new machinery, complex mechanization and automation of production processes at the Mill development and design stage.
• Calculating capacities of pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical units and developing consumption rates of basic and auxiliary materials and other technical and economic production standards.
• Introducing advanced foreign experience in the field of pyrometallurgy, hydrometallurgy, developing measures to improve the production efficiency, aimed at optimizing the technological scheme and circuit-apparatus scheme.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher professional education in Pyrometallurgy and Hydrometallurgy, additional education in Mineral Processing (MP) will be an advantage.
• Work experience: at least 10 years in metallurgy and mineral processing.
• Computer skills.
• Skills in specialized software (MS Project AutoCAD, etc.) will be an advantage.
