KGC PRESIDENT ALMAZBEK BARYKTABASOV AND VICE PRESIDENT of «FLSMIDTH» ALEXEY KUTILIN DISCUSSED COOPERATION OPPORTUNITIES

President of CJSC Kumtor Gold Company Almazbek Baryktabasov and Vice President of FLSmidth for Capital Sales in Central and North Africa Alexey Kutilin discussed cooperation issues.

Alexey Kutilin noted that cooperation between FLSmidth and Kumtor Gold Company has a more than 30-year history, Since at one time, equipment from a number of companies that are now part of FLSmidth was supplied to the Kumtor mine.

In turn, Almazbek Baryktabasov said that Kumtor Gold Company is ready to consider the possibility of cooperation with FLSmidth in such areas as the supply of equipment for mining industry, introduction of the latest technological solutions to improve production performance.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue consultations on a number of areas of mutual interest.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the X Mining and Geological Forum “MINEX Central Asia 2024”.
