Kumtor Gold Company CJSC announces a vacant position of Senior Mineral Resource Geologist (Kumtor Mine)Reference number: KGC-22-244

JOB DUTIES:

• Resource modeling of the deposit;
• Verification of original database;
• Consulting on improving geological documentation;
• Creating wireframe and block models;
• Statistical and geostatistical analysis of sampling data;
• Selection of optimal parameters for grade interpolation;
• Validation of mineral resource estimates;
• Comparison of exploration and operation data;
• Interaction with external consultants on resource geology (including experts of the KR State Reserves Committee).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in geology;
• At least 10-year experience in geology;
• Experience in specialized geological software products such as Datamine, Surpac, LeapFrog;
• General knowledge of statistical and geostatistical analysis;
• Experience in compiling scientific and technical reports;
• Knowledge of English and experience with foreign consultants.
