MEAT CUTTER

Reference number: KGC-21-88

JOB DUTIES: 

• Maintaining kitchen equipment;
• Cutting and grinding of meat products;
• Preparation of ready-to-cook products;
• Performing work in accordance with the labor protection, safety measures and operating instructions rules and provisions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary special education;
• Fit to work at high altitude conditions;
• Knowledge of classes and properties of meat and fat of various types of livestock;
• Rational work organization at workplace; 
• Compliance with the labor protection, industrial hygiene, fire safety rules;
• Responsible, kind, able to work in a team.
