EXPLORATION SERVICES AT KUMTOR MINE IN 2018

Invites for cooperation the companies to provide the exploration services at kumtor mine in 2018 (“the services”).

Within the framework of the 2018 exploration program, KGC is ready to consider proposals from organizations that have appropriate equipment and qualified personnel with the right to perform drilling and mining works, for the following types of work:

Types of work:

Price of the Services should be indicated in running and cubic meters taking into account involvement of the required specialists and labor:

  • Drilling boreholes to depth of 900m (running meters)
  • Reconstruction and construction of roads of temporary use (m³)
  • Construction of drill sites (m³)

Approximate dates of execution of works:

  • June 01 – December 31, 2018

Execution of all types of main and auxiliary works shall be done by the Contractor including mobilization/demobilization of own equipment, its repair, transportation of personnel, arrangement of living conditions at the working areas. The Client shall provide fuel for the Contractor’s vehicles and equipment.

The interested organizations shall provide along with commercial proposal the constituent or other legal documents confirming their rights for execution of required types of works, and the price of works shall be indicated in running and cubic meters. The price shall include all applicable taxes and fees.

KGC has the right to visit the Contractor’s facilities in order to observe the equipment and living facilities.

Commercial proposals in a sealed envelope marked “Commercial offer for Execution of Exploration Works” should be submitted by 17:00 p.m. on May 18, 2018, to the 10th floor of Uchkun building in Bishkek at 24 Ibraimov Street.

KGC reserves the right to accept or reject (in whole or in part) any commercial proposal received and also unequivocally declares the refusal to pay any costs incurred by the applicants in relation to this invitation.
