1 – Network Cabling
A vendor is required to provide services for supply and install IT network cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
Locations may include- Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
All cabling must be installed to defined ISO/IEEE standards with testing results supplied.
Supply of all materials preferred with defined lead times.
Agreed table of rates required. Projects will be on demand and will be quoted per project.
Projects may range from single connections to several hundred connections.
Service Level Agreements required.
Photographic evidence of previous installations would be a benefit.

2 – Fiber Optic Cabling
A vendor is required to install / repair Fibre Optic network cabling.
Locations may include – Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
Supply of all materials preferred with defined lead times.
Agreed table of rates required. Projects will be on demand and will be quoted per project.
Service Level Agreements required. Repair response times required.
All cabling to be to defined ISO/IEEE standards with certification results supplied.

3 – Network Infrastructure
A vendor is required to maintain / configure network equipment & infrastructure.
Kumtor operates a network of over 1500 devices requiring network services.
Examples technologies include IP Routing, Cisco Routers, Managed Switches, VLAN’s, WiFi, Cisco, Fortinet, OSPF, Exinda, WAN Acceleration, QoS, Enterprise WiFi.
All supplied staff must have proven Cisco or equivalent certifications and demonstrated experience.
Locations may include – Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
Agreed table of rates required.
Service Level Agreements required.
Expected requirements will be a mixture of quoted projects and ad-hoc hourly support.

4 – Microsoft Support
A vendor is required to provide Level III support for Microsoft Server Products and Projects
Examples include Windows 2K8/2K12, HyperV / VMM , System Centre Suite (SCCM, SCVMM), MS Exchange
Supplied staff must have proven Microsoft certifications for these products and demonstrated experience.
Vendor must be a current Microsoft Partner
Location – Bishkek
Agreed table of rates required.
Service Level Agreements required.
Expected requirements will be a mixture of quoted projects and ad-hoc hourly support.

5 – Printer / Copier Support
A vendor is required to maintain support Printers, Copiers and Multi-Function Devices
Examples include Xerox, HP
Locations may include – Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
Agreed table of rates required.
Service Level Agreements required.
Remote Monitoring / Alerting required
Preference given to per page support pricing including consumables.
Per device & page cost monitoring required.
Consideration will be given to “device + service” contracts on a per-page basis.
~120-150 Devices

6 – PBX / Phone System
A vendor is required to Design, Supply, Install and Support an IP based PBX phone solution.
Locations may include- Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
Supply of all materials required.
Agreed table of rates required.
Service Level Agreements required.
Preference given to “Software” or “Virtual” hardware independent platforms
Open integration required for generic SIP handsets
Capability for cordless handsets required

7 – Digital TV Distribution System – Design, Supply and Install
A vendor is required to design, supply, and install a Digital Television distribution system
Location – Kumtor Mine Site
Supply of all materials required.
Minimum 32 channels
Must support both Coaxial and Cat5e Cabling
Must support standard Digital Television receivers (SD or HD)
~500-800 outlets.

8 – Security Camera / Security Access Control
A vendor is required to provide services for design / supply / installation and maintenance of Security camera and access control systems.
Locations may include- Bishkek / Kumtor Mine Site / Balykchy / Karakol / Others
Supply of all equipment preferred with defined lead times.
Agreed table of rates required. Projects will be on demand and will be quoted per project.
Service Level Agreements required.
Demonstrated experience in large projects required.
